What it isn't
It isn't a build, and it isn't a sales call with homework attached. You don't leave with working systems. You leave with the map, the numbers behind it, and the order I'd build in.
Book the assessment and decide later: the full $1,000 credits toward whatever we build next, no separate approval needed.
Build: Implementation & Training
Fixed fee · half at signing, half at go-live
Build it. Own it. Run it without me.
The four-phase Nexus Method engagement. I build in your existing stack and train your team as we go. Implementation and training are both part of every build: go-live means your systems are running and your team can operate, troubleshoot and adjust every one of them. The fee is set against what the fix is worth to your business, and your $1,000 assessment comes off the first payment.

What this doesn't cover
New software licenses, if a build needs one. I name the monthly cost during scoping and you buy it in your own account, so you can cancel it without me. Replacing your CRM or field software: I build on what you already run. Cleaning up years of scattered data: we'll fix what the build needs and I'll name the rest as yours to handle.
What I need from you
One named person on your team who takes the keys at handoff. About two hours a week during the build. Standard access to the tools we're working in. And a straight answer when I ask what a broken workflow actually costs you.
What moves the price
Nothing, unless you move it. The number is set against the scope in the one-page agreement. If you want something added mid-build, I price it and you decide before anything gets built. No invoice ever arrives with a line you didn't approve.
Keep It On Target
Monthly · after your build · three-month minimum
We track your systems against your numbers.
At kickoff we agree on two or three numbers from your own business, like owner hours on follow-up or how fast a new lead hears back. After go-live we check in weekly at first, then monthly, and keep adjusting your systems against those targets. Three-month minimum so the numbers have time to settle, then month to month.

What it isn't
It isn't unlimited access and it isn't a help desk for software you bought somewhere else. It covers the systems we built together and the targets we set for them.
