ABOUT

I run the system I'm selling.

Twelve years in product marketing and commercialization, across every size of company there is. Media groups and consulting first, where I generated more than $6 million in new business and learned the pitch is the easy part. Then growth-stage startups, where I was the first marketing hire twice and found out what breaks when a company grows faster than its operations. Most recently Realtor.com, where I grew an emerging audience category from $15M to $20M in just over a year.

Commercialization is a systems job with a marketing title. You can't launch anything without working across product, sales, delivery, and finance, at every altitude from the person doing the task up to the CEO. That work taught me to move between those levels and ask questions in rooms I didn't own, which is how you find the places where the strategy on the slide stopped matching what the business actually does. The bottleneck is almost never inside a function. It's between them, and that's usually where the owner is standing.

What I watched, over and over, was smart people building great things and then those things stalling because operations couldn't scale them. The pattern never changed: owner still in the weeds, team working around her, revenue flat because nothing moved without her sign-off.

From the outside that looks like a people problem. It never is. The systems were built for a smaller version of the company, nobody had time to go back and rebuild them, and the owner absorbed the difference.

So I left, and built my own AI operating system. Not as a test case, but as the real thing my businesses run on: lead intake, proposals, follow-up, reporting, daily operations. It worked. My team executes independently. The business runs.

And every service business owner I know is drowning in exactly the thing I fixed.

I work alone on purpose. One person scoping, building, and training means nothing gets lost in the handoff between the strategist who sold it and the developer who built it. It also means I run two or three builds at a time, no more. The start date I give you on the first call is a real one, and when the slots are full, it moves.

WHAT I KNOW

Three rules I build by.

Revenue comes first

I read the P&L before I touch a workflow. The business problem, not the technology problem. That discipline changes everything.

Ownership matters

A system your team doesn't understand is a system that gets abandoned. Training isn't an afterthought. It's how you actually own what gets built.

Simple systems scale

The best automation is the one your team can operate without you. Complexity is the enemy. I build to be boring, predictable, and yours.
