THE NEXUS METHOD

Four phases. Named. Specific.

The difference between a systems consultant and everyone else isn't the tools they know. It's where they start.

The Nexus Method: developed by Molly Jaggers

01

Assess

We start where the real work happens, not where the org chart says it does. We map how revenue actually enters your business, where decisions stack up at the owner layer, and where customer experiences fall apart between handoffs.

What you walk away with: A clear picture of where AI creates the highest leverage in your specific business, usually in places you haven't thought to look.

Your side: about three hours across the week. You, plus whoever actually runs the workflow when you're not in the room.

02

Architect

We sequence the build by ROI, not complexity. The highest-impact automation is rarely the most obvious one. We design the system architecture before writing a line of code, so you know exactly what you're getting, and why, before implementation starts.

What you walk away with: A build blueprint sequenced by business impact, designed around your existing tools. No big-bang implementation that bets everything on perfect execution.

Your side: one review session and one decision. You approve the build order before a line of it gets built.

03

Build

We build and deploy in your existing stack. I lead strategy and QA; your team is involved from day one, because a system your team doesn't understand is a system that gets abandoned.

What you walk away with: A live, running system integrated into how your team already operates. Not a bolt-on that requires a new workflow to survive.

Your side: a 30-minute check-in each week and access to the tools we're working in. Your team keeps doing their job and learns the system as it takes shape.

04

Hand Off

Training isn't an afterthought. It's a named deliverable in every engagement. When we close, you have live documentation, a running dashboard, and a team that knows how to operate the system without us.

What you walk away with: You own everything. The system runs without me. Advisory stays available as you grow, but it's your choice, not a dependency.

Your side: one training session for each person who touches the system, and one named owner who takes the keys.

HOW ENGAGEMENTS RUN

How engagements actually run

  1. 01A free 30-minute strategy call. No pitch. A straight answer on whether I can help.
  2. 02A one-page scope within 48 hours. Not a 30-page proposal.
  3. 03A day-numbered build plan, so you always know what happens next.
  4. 04Training, a written runbook, and 30 to 60 days of support after every build.
